Yoga Teacher Training Courses – NEW Curriculum
Claire’s new Yoga Teacher Training will be picking up from her home studio in 2024. Our original 400-hour training course has now been broken down into two separate 250-hour training programs so you can choose which aspect of yoga teacher training resonates with you, or you can complete the full 500-hour training course.
250 hour – Yoga Asana Training (6-month course)
This six-month part-time course focuses on the asana (yoga poses), biomechanics and anatomy and physiology side of yoga teacher training. Great for those who wish to focus on the movement aspect of yoga and gain a deep understanding of the body and how it moves.
This course will cover:

Starting: 19th May 2024. Running every second Sunday from 9-5pm, plus an additional Pranayama workshop intensive in November 2024.

250 hour – Yoga Philosophy/Meditation Training (6-month course)
This six-month part time course focuses on the yoga philosophy side of yoga teacher training, including meditation and sound healing. This course is ideal for those wanting to increase their yogic knowledge for self-development, or those who are drawn to the meditative side of teaching.

Pranayama (breath) Training Workshop Intensive
Breath awareness and training is a vital aspect of being a yoga teacher. Whether you focus on asana or meditation, breath work is vital in either practice. Any students wishing to attend either of our 250-hour courses in 2024 / 2025 will need to attend the Pranayama workshop in November 2024.
This workshop intensive covers:
